The paving is a very important factor for the garden because it is very decisive for the atmosphere and comfort. For example, old, sagging pavers give your garden a messy, unkempt and cheap look. When you replace them with neat paving, your whole garden looks like new! But even if you are going to create a completely new garden design, the paving is highly influential in determining the atmosphere. You can keep it very sleek and modern, or opt for more rounded shapes and a nostalgic look.
However, making a choice is sometimes quite difficult. It would be easier if you could just lay a "tile floor" in it to see how it looks. With our drawing tool you can! Using the different paving options on the left side of the screen, you can easily draw your chosen option into your design. By clicking on the different types of paving, you can immediately see in your drawing what it will look like. In addition, you can also adjust the laying pattern. That is, the pattern in which the stones are laid. In the video "how to choose a bond" you can see very well how to do that.
First indicate the surface
First, of course, you need to mark where the pavement should be. You can adjust the shape of the plane by using the familiar spheres and squares on the lines. With the spheres you deform the line and with the squares you make the line longer or shorter. When your surface to be paved has the desired shape, select the area and click on 'dressings' in the black menu bar at the top of your screen. The menu bar then flips open.
In the black boxes that appear, you can see the possible layouts and dimensions. If you move your mouse over them and click on one option, you will see that bandage appear immediately in your own drawing. This will give you a good idea of what the final result will be. Below the dressings you will see a rotation bar. When you move the point, the joint rotates. So you can adjust the laying direction. Again, you can see this immediately in your garden design. Once you have made your choice, you can also adjust the color of the stones at the top of the bar.
To the right of the toolbar you will see the area that allows you to go to the web shop. Here the products relevant to your design are also displayed. You can then, if you wish, order the required products directly.
With this, the Tekenjetuin drawing tool has again proven to be a very useful tool on several levels. Besides being a handy tool to get your ideas down on paper as a solid design (so you can submit it to your gardener or contractor), it also helps you make a choice because you can see in front of you how the result will be. In the overview on the right of your screen you can also see which materials are needed/needed and you can order them directly from garDsign's webshop. This makes the whole process, from the first design to your actual garden, a lot more fun, easier and faster!
