Henri's tips on using a ladder safely

• There are many kinds of stairs. The kitchen stepladder is often used inappropriately in the garden. Sometimes it can be done, but often it is wiser to use a more sturdy staircase.
• Regardless of what kind of stairs you use, it is important to have a solid surface. In the garden, this is often not the case. In the border, for example, a ladder is often uneven. Then a good, sturdy ladder is very important!
• Choose a staircase with sturdy profiles and sturdy wide legs so that the staircase stands firmly and you can easily walk on it. This way, you will reach a good height safely. That will make working easier!
