Henri's tips in a row on safe pruning at height

• Place your ladder firmly on the ground: make sure the ladder is not uneven and therefore unstable.
• Cut off a thick task in stages. If you cut the branch at the trunk in one go, it will be very heavy and may swing against your ladder. You then risk becoming unbalanced.
